Picked this up last week. Great base to start with. Already ordered carbs from Murray. That seat ain't gonna cut it either. Two into one exhaust and stainless steel shorty exhaust coming. Looking forward to this spring.

I think it's the rear shock.

An inch longer shock would solve a lot of concerns about that bike.

the swing arm is already slightly negative a inch longer shock would compound that

and that shock is meant to be on a let off linkage so will need addressing anyways

Front fenders do double duty as a fork brace.
A shortened fender is better than no fender.

Seat angle has already been raised. Tarozzi fork brace ordered and will get installed this weekend. Will drop the front end another 3/4 of an inch and will be moving the clip ons to the top. New seat ordered with a butt stop. Murray's carb set-up on the way along with new exhaust. Will post pics when done.

You are right about the shock Murray. Sag takes care of the negative. We'll see how it works. Any suggestion on a different shock?
