    Welding? Why would you need to weld the bracket? All you need is some galvanized flat steel (1" x 1/8") from the hardware store, a tape measure, a drill and maybe a vise & hammer. Cut the steel about an inch longer than the distance between the holes on the muffler and on the frame. drill the appropriate holes and, if necessary, bend it a little to make things line up.

    Good to know, i guess i've not looked at the mufflers in to much detail. i like that. i'll start shopping around.

    you cant use the rear pegs with the upswept exhaust

    Good to know! I was considering the upswept, but I want to keep my passenger pegs, so no upsweep for me!

    Sidecarbob; how do the harley mufflers sound? I was considering the same thing because my cones are starting to pit and rust (oh Canada) but I actually like the sound of them.
