Red face HELP-Radiator Install is proving to be a pain!!

So I've almost got my bike back together. However, I can't remember how we took the radiator off the bike(was a year ago).
Re-installing it is proving to be a real pain!

Turbo is installed, w/o the support bracket, sheet metal covers installed, air intake pipe to turbo installed and resonance chamber installed.

Tried going by the service manual and that isn't working for me.

I know its not going to slip right in but how the heck is it supposed to fit!! So Frustrated

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

It is a royal pain in the a$$ getting radiators on and off. It just does not seem like you can loosen enough parts to get it in and out easily. On my race bike I cut the upper mount and spliced in a joint so I can remove it easily. I'll get a picture when I get to the shop. For most people though, just taking it slow and easy with all of the parts is important and just resist the temptation to grab a 10# sledge!

you are so right!! I find myself walking away from it a lot. However, I'm still making progress one bolt at a time. Couple bolts in the morning and a few more after dinner. One day soon

UPDATE-Finally found a picture of the mount. It suddenly dawned on me to google the part number and view the search results as photos. Took a little bit to go through the photos but I finally found it!!! Now Its just cut, grind, sand and paint.
    DUN!!

Sometimes you just have to remember to step back and re-think things....hahaha

I had the radiator off my Turbo 2 times. To install, I had my grandsons
hold the radiator in place while I started the top bolt.
I could not do it alone, I had to have help.

I agree. Finally got it in but definitely had to maneuver carefully but it does fit...
