    That front extention if even possible would wrap underneath the front mount to the other side creating more room for gas. I think the forks would get in the way which won't make this possible.

    since you mentioned it. replacement tanks are already part of the master mold bank. i have mint tanks from each. they were set aside over the last year just for this reason.
    i will make one available to you very soon.

    I gotta tell you, With the frequency I have to urinate on a trip, my Suzuki S50 tank size is just right.

    That could be read in one of two ways, but I am going to assume that you don't use your S50's tank as an urinal. . . .

    That's pretty scary! Not your suggestion but I can actually see it in my minds eye doing that- and Dan's right, if you could slip in a fuel gauge? Now that'd be the cats meow!
