    Lucas, well done!
Very impressive thinking outside the box. How is the rear radiator working out?
Also, the Barnett clutch: does it use more but thinner plates? I removed the double side plate in my clutch a few years back and replaced it with an additional pair of steel and friction plate. I find no difference in use but it never slips. This is on a 650 Euro, not a turbo.

I will make a quick update on this bike. Sean and Lucas had it at the track in Ohio again last weekend. They have improved the performance a bunch and I think their top run was 123.8 mph in the mile. This is really impressive for a CX500 that has been converted to fuel injection and turbocharging. If it was my bike I would use a stock 500 turbo gearbox and primary and then go back to a 17 or 18" rear wheel and tire. Lucas, I hope you jump in and tell us what you did to improve the bike's performance.

Hey Ed, thanks for the compliment, I've been meaning to do an update here. Yes, the bike went 123. We made 9 passes over the weekend all on 110 octane gas. We ran up to 12 psi and had no mechanical failures. There were changes made to the clutch but we still had slipping issues. The most challenging part is the shift from 4th to 5th because of the huge rpm drop. We are currently building a second motor to run methanol for next season and will be adapting a cam sensor to the engine for sequential coil on plug ignition. This was unfortunately the last Ohio Mile event as they have lost the venue, so next year we will be headed for Bonneville.
