    Finally got it started.....

Today I drained and flushed the fuel tank on "Marshall's Bike".
I had a hard time getting it started, until I turned the fuel on.
Now I have 2 gallons of smelly, stale gasoline to dispose of.
Any suggestions how to dispose of this old gas????
I drained the tank, then removed the tank to get the last
few bits of fuel out of it. I drained the carbs and let them flush
with fresh fuel and started her up. Well not exactly, she refused to start
and I cussed, scratched my head and cussed some more. Then I turned
the gas on and she started right up. It is the little things that get you.

You can also mix that old gas into you car/truck with no problems.

Reminds me of a column decades ago by Rick Sieman, aka, "Super Hunky". Something about running old premix through his El Camino.

My vote is for running it through the lawn mower, assuming you don't have an Elky handy.

I also take gas that has been sitting a while and put it in my car and top off with some fresh gas.

our local garbage dump has a waste oil / gas tank you can dispose of oil a fuel into

check with your local dump one of ours takes hazardous waste like paint solvents and gas only one day a week

so a proper person is there to handle it

i dont think i would put it in my car and risk even one of 4 o2 sensors or whatever if its to bad to burn in my 30 year old bike

its not going to be good for my 2 year old car but the imo
    GET AN OIL FILTER ADAPTER

Order The Quick Build Exhaust Pipes

    GET A QUICKSET VALVE TOOL

Way to many bikes to maintain this list LOL !!

Two gallons of old gas mixed into a full tank of fresh will not harm your car.

If you have ant piles around, you could have yourself a BBQ.. Of course to be safe have a water hose or fire extinguisher handy
