    Project day dreaming...Opinions???

So I have been thinking about where I want my project to end and obviously this year is going to be spent riding and getting used to the bike as well as figuring out what I like and what I don't like. I've had a few ideas but they all seem to be in line with many other projects that I have seen on here and on other sites. I may end up going the popular route (ie: cafe, brat, street fighter etc) but I've had another idea that I haven't seen done. Just because I haven't seen it doesn't mean it hasn't been done or tried but I was hoping to get some opinions and thoughts on whether or not it could be a successful idea.

I was thinking about a CX500 bagger project. Something that looks like a custom Harley bagger only smaller. I have hard bags for the rear, but I would need to sort out something like a bat wing faring for the front or somehow modify a Road Glide front fairing and incorporate it.

I'd love to hear thoughts on logistics positive or negative and any suggestions anyone may have. If you have seen something like this done before I would also love to see pics because I haven't been able to find any.

    Thanks folks.

Many extremes, from practical to zombie fodder....a quick google for "bagger motorcycles" snagged a broad variety to dream with....

Now Ramp I like the look of the bags and that being my favourite Harley (Road Glide) its pretty slick but Im not sure how I feel about the huge front wheel. I have been searing tons of pics of "baggers" and there are some things that baggers have that would have to be custom tabbed like forward highway pegs (Unless someone has done forward controls?)

I don't want to do anything as extreme as airbag suspension or a huge front wheel and I want it to be ridable so it can't be super low to the ground. But having a CX look like a smaller version of that ^^^^^ bike would be super cool and would probably draw quite a few looks at a show and shine.
