Had similar items, mainly on bicycles. Highly visible and fun, but earlier ones had fairly short battery life and kinda cheaply made so changing batts wasn't user friendly. Even had a set that did pictures and patterns when it turned= cool tech! First guy I met near Wichita KS who built a wheel light system used incandescent bulbs with a contact plate, had CB handle Wheels of Fire on Goldwing in late '70s.

    'Eager" 1979 CX500C Maroon.
Name is derived from the sound of this engine at highway speeds.
    Like its eager to go.
had a Horse that was "Eager"
    But didn't sound the same.
    So I called him "Duke"

The early ones also needed 15-20 Km/h to turn on (= not great on bicycles) and they were not recommended at speeds over 50 Km/h (= no good for cars & motorcycles either). I have a couple of packs of them around here that never got used after Matt tried out the first set on his bicycle. I felt that the extra weight on the valve stems might cause problems at the speeds I normally travel at...

For bicycles these are the greatest thing since reflectors on the pedals

They make valve stem caps that light up in many colors with easy to replace batteries. I thought of white for the front, red for the rear.

Could you say that again in English?

Also, if you got them on eBay post a link and if it is on YouTube post a link to that too.

I'm not kidding. Speak English or don't say anything.

Its one thing when someone who doesn't primarily speak English has a hard time making themself understood. You know how to communicate clearly but are deliberately doing it. Not cool. Not cool at all.
