Electric M-bikes= the future of riding,,,?

Hey, Searched this topic on forum and found- zip. My older bro is shopping, has found a Chinese model that goes 50+, looks like a racer, charges in 4-6 hrs wit 70 mi. range= $1500+ shipping= the problem. Shipping is $1500 to Iowa. He has found all types, hub drive, belt drive, fast as hell and slow like a moped,,, ranging from cheap to about $9k. Several styles also- flat seat English, crotch-rocket, scooter,,,, some with lead-acid, some new-tech batteries. My guess is Tesla will have one(some?) on market soon. Harley has Livewire, but not on showroom here= all Hawgs and Street series. Bro may do a Cali trip to pick-up and truck bike here, comes in killer krate, completely assembled he thinks??? Sis lives ovr there so he can visit and fix stuff for her too. Anyway, what are some thoughts on this emerging market? I want one too!

I like the look of some of the electric trials bikes for sale here now. Just the thing for a bit of fun with no noise complaints.

Otherwise not really interested in something without internal combustion.

I know- VROOOM is good,,, and range is limited by battery tech- for now. I think better batts and chargers will make it viable for the masses, fast, clean and they say it sounds like a jet warming up,,

The only electric motorcycle I'd want is this one.
Looks like something I've seen before.

Electric vehicles are the future but they won't ever have the quirky characteristics of ones that suck, squeeze, bang and blows.

They look good but once your battery is dead it could require a long recharge , this will improve. Have you seen Formula E racing, very fun to watch and no noise hardly at all.

Nice vidio, Ive heard there are M-bike race vidios also but havn't seen??? It is all about battery tech and charge rate/time- Tesla is ON IT! We will see rokin' bikes on the road soon- the sooner the better from my antique POV. Do still luv the gas burners tho

You can pick up a (still new) Victory Empulse TT for around $8000.

They didn't exactly fly out of the showrooms, original MSRP was over $20 g's.

Let other people do the Beta testing, you never buy a first year model, or a in the works technology unless you have masochistic tendencies.

I live on a one-way street that's also a dead end. I'm not sure how I got here, or how I'm going to get out.
