Anybody selling hub spoke adapters to convert from comstar to spoked wheels

    Greeting to all , I'm after buying some cx500 hub adapters which will allow me to covert existing cx500 hubs for use with conventional spokes to compliment the cafe racer look of my ride ? Hoping someone out there is making them or who can put me onto someone who is ? Regards sparky

    http://www.caferacerkits.co.uk/ Under the section order online / extras. They sell spoked wheel flanges for £180 the pair. Assuming the picture is your bike then they are the company responsible for the rest of the kit on it.

    there was a member here doing them to



    i find that to much work so i do it this way a bit of machining still for the rear axle and i switch to a 650 final drive



    and swingarm but then i get factory wheels and wider back tire i use a gl1000 front end complete and gl1000 rear wheel











    when i put a new front tire on i drop the size to a 100 from a 110
    GET AN OIL FILTER ADAPTER

    Order The Quick Build Exhaust Pipes


    GET A QUICKSET VALVE TOOL


    Way to many bikes to maintain this list LOL !!

    Indeed you are correct Nick this bike I bought was one of Ian's from caferacerkits demo bikes built by himself , didn't realise he was doing the adapters for hubs but will contact him regards buying some .

    So Murray does the gl front wheel fit direct to the cx without any adaptation ? I have one in the garage see ,

    And as for the rear end what sort of machining are we talking ?
