I need some of the bolts and nuts that retain the fairing windscreen trim.
Lost a nut today and one was missing so I have a regular bolt and nut on in its place.

    Must fit the Hondaline fairing.

we are all given sh*t in life, but some of us learn to turn it into fertilizer and grow from it, and some us try to fling it on others like monkeys.

That's nuts. I don't even understand how that covers shipping, but thanks for the info!

Yeah. It always amazes me how much more postage in Canada and the US costs than anywhere else in the world. I order books from a place in the UK and I often pay less for the books plus postage than it would cost just for postage from somewhere else in Ontario.

And speaking of nuts, re the ones for the windshield: The ones from my original fairing were so rusty after 19 winters of use that I didn't want to use them again. When I prepared the replacement fairing I opened up the nut recesses in the fairing's inner shell a little to allow me to get a wrench onto a 1/4" nut and made new spacers from plastic plumbing pipe (the original steel ones were rusty too) so that I could use 1/4" stainless bolts and brass nuts.

I got rid of those on mine. I welded 5/16" stainless bolts to the main bracket and made plates from 1.5" flat steel for inside the fairing with plain holes. Now everything sits on top of the bracket and the nuts go on from inside the fairing. Its a lot less fiddly to put the fairing on and take it off now.

    Yours SHOULD have 6 terminals if it's a 79.

Why are you replacing the ignition?

Does anyone have a serviceable rear master cylinder for a CX650E they would like to sell? I bought one off ebay and it's worse than mine. Totally seized. :P
It's the last piece I need to get it back on the road.
