    This is great, but how difficult is it to replace the seal without all the fancy Honda tools? I imagine it being a PITA.

    will this seal fit an air assist cx 500 shock? i thikn mine is an 83.

    For the GL650 folks needing a shock seal, I would believe that this seal would do the job... Granted it is 1.5 mm thicker than the 10.5 mm OEM one but it has been my experience that there is more than enough room to accommodate it... The company also makes one the is 0.5 mm narrower (10mm)...

    Okay, here's the questions.

    Is it a piston seal, or a radial seal.
    Single lip, double lip, or triple lip?

    Okay, here's the thing.

    I looked at the seals that are listed above, and they are not the right kind.
    Those are double lipped ROTARY seals. that kind of seal is not designed for high pressure piston applications, it's designed for things that spin.

    We need triple lip piston type seals.
    I searched for a long time, and thought I finally found one overseas, so e-mailed the company three times, and have never heard from them.

    This is why I keep asking, is Mike planning on making them?
