question on upgrading to a gl500 clutch

I'd like to get rid of that annoying noise I get when I pull my clutch in so I'm going to upgrade to a gl500 clutch basket. I'm having a hard time finding one on ebay that has parts 2, 12, and 16, but came across this on ebay the other day:

    Name: s-l1600.jpg
Views: 83
Size: 157.3 KB

Can anyone confirm what I'm seeing here? It looks like the outer clutch guide (part 2) and the thrust washer (part 16), but I don't see the collar (part 12). The other three are just the bearing, the nut and an unidentified washer. Am I looking at this right? If so, this would not be sufficient to do what I want, correct?

    Thanks,
    Ron
