Is this safe to ride on?

I was on my way home just a little bit ago when I heard a clunking sound coming from the front wheel. I have been having some slight brake issues lately so I stopped pretty quickly and when I did I found that the little clip that holds those two pins on the caliper in had worked loose and jammed into my wheel several times. It's scored maybe 1/16" deep on each of the spokes. Is it safe to ride or am I looking at replacing the wheel?

Do you have a picture of the caliper? Anything happen besides ripping off that stamped piece?

Thanks for the replies everybody. Murray and nolimitz, agreed. A good long going over is in my very near future. Blindstitch, I didn't take a picture of the caliper but I checked it over pretty well and it looked to be fine. I'll double check it tomorrow though.

Agreed, wheel is ok. Caliper is not. And while I'm here, if you use your mobile device to post here, please turn off the TapaTalk auto signature feature of the TapaTalk app settings. Thanks.

The damaged pieces are in tension and compression only, not bending, and the reduction in cross section area is very small, so stress increase will be negligible.
