Those coils are for TI ignition and won't work with CDI.

I've been running these on one of mine for about a year and they work well.

Awsome I'll order 2 right now. Just installed the brass rods the resistors just about fell apart and the aluminum rods were pitted and coated with carbon. Springs still looked good though =)

    Hey
So I installed the brass rods and irridium plugs. Drastic Improvements right away from that. Easy starts and harder hits from the Pistons it seemed.
Carb sync and new coils got rid of my miss in the right cylinder...can't wait to ride it
Question about the coils you recommend.
Do you know if these produce a cooler spark?
It seemed like the Pistons were hitting a little softer after installing compared to the originals. Could just be my imagination perception is a strange thing.

I've noticed no difference to the stock coils when running the ebay coils on my test bike at all.

Nor did I notice any difference on my 500C when I briefly fitted a set for troubleshooting a problem that turned out to be a failing ignitech.

It's easy to become hypercritical and paranoid when working on stuff. I know, it's a mental issue I often suffer from.
