I had to check my spam folder this evening looking for an e-mail, and saw that I had several from here. I didn't realize that messages from the forum letting me know I had PM's were going to my junk mail. I thought I had added the forum to my not junk mail list. So, my apologies for the lack of reply.

I have been insanely busy, and have not finished up any more since the original batch of 30 or so this summer. If any of you guys are still interested in some, let me know. I'm wrapping up for the year, and will have ample time to get some done in the next couple weeks. You can reach me directly at sales@slipstreamcycle.com, or shoot me a PM.

Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays!

    Jarred

I'm going to take orders on a hand full of these this week for shipment the week after Christmas. If anyone would like a set, let me know.

    Thanks,
    Jarred

The front brake switches on most bikes are activated by the lever by pressure in the brske system, when the lever is released it releases the switch. So, when you pull the lever in, it deactivates the switch. They are normally closed switches, so when you release the lever the circuit is closed and your lights can operate.
So, they work exactly as I needed in my rearset brake light.

You can do some trickery with latching relays to reverse the logic of a switch (useful for putting modern kill switch on our bikes), but not needed here.
Not looking great as yours but thanks to you, I have a working rear brake switch..
