Anyone tried the CX500 bobber/cafe kits on eBay?

Been slowly ramping up to work on one of my Cx500 project bikes again (the one I have a titled frame for), and searching eBay I found a bunch of cafe racer kits for a bolt-on monoshock. Looks so much easier than the way I did things way back in 2009. Curious if anyone has bought and installed one of these kits, and how they look on member's bikes (I see what they look like in eBay ads, but I'm curious about on real bikes by real members).

I've recently installed a kit from BBCR Engineering and I am very pleased with how everything is turning out thus far. Will be posting pictures of the build soon.

Be very cautious. I purchased the kit and waited 5 months and the kit was never produced. He even tried to claim he sent it, gave me a tracking number then said fed ex lost it so he filed a claim. So I called fed ex and was told a claim was never filed and that the package was never shipped. Thankfully my credit company worked with me to get my money back.

I had a slight delay as well but I was pretty persistent with communicating with him. Once kit arrived, I was pleased with the quality.

Cool. Maybe my next build will use some elements from those kits. I love the look Swayze, especially that tank and the red color. Also, I think I have those same mufflers! I got one for my Mac 2-into-1, but it seems a little small and likely way too loud, so I may end up finding another can to use...

The mufflers on the bike in my Avatar? Or the muffler on Swayze's bike? The mufflers on my bike are Emgo reverse cone mufflers. The stainless shorty reverse cone like on Swayze's bike.... well, I'm not entirely sure where he got his and if they're the same, but I purchased a muffler that looks *VERY* similar from Lossa Engineering.
